Shipping & Delivery
Processing time, transit time, and what happens at customs.
We do not hold our own warehouse. Every order is sent directly by the sourcing partner or workshop that makes it, which is frequently located outside the country you are ordering from. Please read this page before you order if delivery timing matters to you.
Processing time
Orders are handed to a carrier within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. This is separate from transit time below.

These are estimates based on typical international parcel transit, not a promise of a specific date. If an order looks likely to run past the longer end of its range, or a carrier or customs delay comes up, we will email you — and you may cancel for a full refund at any point before your order has shipped.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed to you as soon as it is available, so you can follow it the whole way.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Because parcels are sent from outside your country, your shipment may be subject to import duties, VAT, GST or other taxes and fees charged by your country’s customs authority on arrival. These charges are not included in our prices or in your shipping cost, and they are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no way to predict or waive them — please check with your local customs office if you want an estimate before ordering.
Delivery address & failed deliveries
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check it — we cannot be responsible for a parcel delivered correctly to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to the sender as undeliverable through no fault of ours, we will contact you about reshipping (at an additional shipping cost) or refunding the order minus original shipping.

Shipping cost
Tracked standard shipping is a flat US$6.90 / €6.99 / £5.99 per order, to every destination we serve. Orders of US$75.00 / €68.99 / £59.99 or more ship free. The exact amount is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay; it does not include any import duties or taxes charged on arrival.
