Right to Cancel (EU & UK Customers)

If you are ordering from the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to cancel your order for any reason, without needing to give one, for 14 days — separate from, and in addition to, our own 30-day returns policy. Where the two differ, whichever gives you more time or a better outcome applies to you.

The cancellation period

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receives the goods to tell us you want to cancel. If your order contains several items delivered separately, the 14 days runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to cancel

Email support@jaliscosocial.shop with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel — you can use the model text below, or just write it in your own words.

Sending the goods back

You must send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling. You will need to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless they arrived damaged or faulty, in which case see our returns policy.

Your refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any extra cost if you chose a more expensive delivery option), within 14 days of the day we receive the goods back, or, if earlier, the day you provide evidence of having sent them back. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of return, whichever is earlier.

Diminished value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods — in plain terms, you can unwrap and examine an item the way you would in a shop, but using it does not qualify for this cooling-off right (it may still qualify under our ordinary 30-day returns policy above if unused).
