Do you have a physical shop?
No — Jalisco Social is an online-only store run by one person. There is no showroom or retail location to visit.
Is Jalisco Social a restaurant or a club?
No. We sell tableware — plates, platters, cutlery and related pieces — for use in your own home or venue. We do not operate a restaurant, bar or club, and we do not sell food or alcohol.
How long will my order take?
Orders are handed to a carrier within 1–3 business days, then typically 8–26 business days in transit depending on destination, since items ship directly from our sourcing partners rather than a local warehouse. Full detail is on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with a short list of sanctioned-country exceptions — see Shipping Restrictions.
Will I owe customs duties or import tax?
Possibly, depending on your country and the order value. These are set by your local customs authority, are not included in our prices, and are the buyer's responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods available for your country and currency are shown on the checkout page before you confirm your order. Card details are handled by our PCI-DSS certified payment provider and never stored by us.
Can I return an item?
Yes — most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and EU/UK customers additionally have a 14-day statutory cancellation right. See Returns & Refunds.
Why does the colour or glaze look slightly different from the photo?
Reactive and hand-painted stoneware glazes vary piece to piece by nature, and screens render colour differently. See Materials & Care for detail on each material.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Not at this time. If that changes we will add a wholesale page — for now, please email us with what you are looking for and we will see what we can do.
How do I change the currency or language?
Use the switcher in the site header (or footer, on mobile) — your choice is remembered for future visits.
